Prime Pool Builders Melbourne is a pool construction contractor serving Melbourne, FL homeowners and commercial property managers since 2016. We build new in-ground pools, major pool remodels, and complete backyard integrations that include decking, waterline tile, and equipment pad upgrades. Every project starts with a clear scope, a realistic schedule, and a written estimate that spells out materials and allowances.
Our crews build structural shells using steel-reinforced gunite/shotcrete, properly tied rebar, and correctly placed penetrations for returns, skimmers, main drains, and LED lighting. We install modern hydraulic systems with schedule 40 PVC, sweep elbows where needed, pressure testing before backfill, and correctly sized variable-speed pumps, cartridge filters, heaters, salt chlorine generators, and automation panels. Finishes and hardscape are selected for Florida conditions, including plaster, pebble, glass tile, travertine pavers, broom-finish concrete, and slip-resistant coping details.
Built on Preparation and Craftsmanship means we do the unglamorous steps that protect the pool for the long haul: site layout, elevation checks, steel spacing, bonding, and tight equipment plumbing with clean valve manifolds. We coordinate inspections, keep the jobsite organized, and document decisions so you are not guessing what happens next. The result is a pool that looks finished, runs efficiently, and is built to be serviced, maintained, and enjoyed year after year.
Whether you are planning a new pool construction project or need repairs to existing pool construction in Melbourne, our team is ready to help. Call now or send a request and we will get back to you within one business day.
